The UDDA reason for existence is centered around promoting economic development, ensuring the sustainability of SMMEs, and advertising UMzinyathi District as a potential investment area of choice, the Agency understands that the financial sustainability of the state-owned enterprise is highly linked to getting economically feasible projects with the power of contributing to the revival of industries, attracting private-public partnerships and contributing to the GDP of the district.
